1992 Alfa Romeo Spider S4
When this lovely Series 4 Alfa Romeo Spider arrived at the italicar workshop, we were still in the throes of a glorious Indian summer. Just a few days later, though, the seasons had changed and Norwich’s Little Italy was caught in a windswept, wintry storm.
Luckily, the Spider’s owner had entrusted us with replacing the tired soft-top; just in time, it seemed! We treated the car to a top-quality Sonnenland hood from Haartz (the OE convertible roof material supplier for the likes of Porsche, Maserati and Lamborghini, no less). These are the same hoods we’ve fitted to each of our own classic restorations and we highly recommend them. Nothing else comes close.
